SERVICE and PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Peterson Technical Services is available to perform service and repairs to your bakery equipment when problems arise. Simply call our office, provide make and model, and offer a detailed description of the symptoms or non-operation status of the oven or machine. Often, a phone call to us can provide a simple solution or a way to get your equipment temporarily running again until a service technician is dispatched on-site in one of our work vans to troubleshoot and repair your problematic equipment.

As with any system crucial to production flow and schedules, preventive maintenance is often a proactive way to keep your equipment at the manufacturer’s operational specifications. PTS has a scheduled maintenance program for most rack and revolving tray ovens and provides documentation (shown on left) for your records and piece of mind. Feel free to contact our office to get your ovens on a 6-, 9-, or 12-month maintenance program.
